1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards and Apple Pay.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout before completing your payment. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied automatically.

Shipping & Delivery

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. However if you fall outside of our shipping countries, do reach out to us and we will be happy to accommodate on shipping details and costings.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5 Working days.

6. What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information. If there is an issue, contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving it.

Returns & Refunds

7. What is your return policy?
For E-Books, we do not accept returns as a downloadable link will be sent directly after purchase is confirmed. There is no way to verify or facilitate refund on this.

For physical books, do contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. This will be on a case to case basis.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
